Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Smiggle Silverburn. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Work flexibly across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas periods
As a Sales Associate at Smiggle, you will enjoy a fun and supportive work environment, with opportunities for training and development. You will also receive staff discounts on your favourite Smiggle products and be the first to see and play with new products.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have good availability to work across peak trade periods, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
