Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our range of furniture and flooring products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Accurately process customer orders, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, meet customer expectations, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- A competitive basic salary and realistic OTE of £K per year.
- Guaranteed commission of £ per month in the first three months.
