Our Teams

We have two main teams: In Care and Life Beyond Care. The In Care team supports children under the age of 16, while the Life Beyond Care team works with young people aged 16-21 (and up to 25 with ongoing support). Our teams are dedicated to helping young people navigate their journey towards independence.
