Service Care Solutions - Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a Neurological Complex Care Service in Hereford. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a home-from-home setting, providing high-quality care to individuals affected by neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £24.50 (PAYE inclusive)

Requirements:

  • Valid RMN qualification
  • Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • PMVA certification and evidence of completion
  • Immediate Life Support Training
  • Neurological experience and skills
