Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Jet2, you will be part of a 24/7 team of skilled support engineers, providing technical assistance to our technology-enabled workforce. This role offers opportunities for project work and potential overseas travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests raised by our user community, primarily via phone, email, and self-service channels.
  • Perform quick and effective first-time fixes.
  • Liaise with other technical resolver teams and escalate ongoing issues professionally.
  • Share knowledge of technical fixes with colleagues and other teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in resolving issues on various devices.
  • Adherence to good/best practice.
  • Effective triage, workload, and time management skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, networking, and incident management.
  • Previous experience in publishing knowledge articles.
  • Experience using Servicenow is preferred.
