Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our 24/7 team of technical support experts. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you'll provide top-notch technical support to our technology-enabled workforce, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, utilizing your expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and networking.
  • Liaise with other technical resolver teams to escalate complex issues and share knowledge of technical fixes with colleagues.
  • Develop and publish knowledge articles to enhance the user community's self-service capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in resolving technical issues on various devices, with a strong working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
