Senior Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective visual strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage and mentor junior art directors and designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive creative innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and delivering creative solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a senior art director role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative and effective visual strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior team members.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive creative innovation and excellence.
