Join Our Team

We are seeking a motivated individual to become a part of our Business Analyst team within the Operations and Optimization division. This role is crucial for analyzing our business processes and specifying effective software solutions that align with our operational needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate independently and as part of a team to implement technology-driven business transformations that enhance the Operations and Optimization functions.
  • Engage with Front Office Operators, Traders, and other key stakeholders to evaluate, design, and execute:
  • Strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Routine business adjustments and maintenance tasks
  • Resolution of operational challenges in partnership with Application Support and external vendors
  • Work closely with a dedicated project team, including Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance professionals to maintain and enhance existing system capabilities.
  • Consult with business stakeholders to comprehend processes, develop business cases, document requirements, and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure all business changes are thoroughly planned and prioritized, supported by comprehensive requirements and agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the software testing team and business units to ensure solutions meet expectations and positively impact implementation.
  • Develop business readiness plans in preparation for implementation.
  • Provide training to users and ensure that user documentation is created and updated.
  • Initiate post-implementation reviews to assess product effectiveness and performance.

What You Bring

This role is based in our office and aims to facilitate the growth of Gazprom Energy by providing thorough business analysis of applications in line with operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will work alongside other analysts within the Operations and Optimization IT Delivery Team, supporting our trading and operations desk. Key duties include ensuring the operational capability of systems while managing changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. A deep understanding of business analysis in relation to Gazprom Energy's needs is essential.
