Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Operational Change department at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and cost targets by working closely with project managers and internal teams to understand business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify and validate business and technical requirements for our platform.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain detailed documentation outlining business or technical requirements and how to fulfill them.
- Business Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion through market research and analysis, as well as potential threats or barriers.
- Project Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Business Process Mapping: Must have experience with business process mapping.
- Project Tracking Tools: Proven experience using project tracking tools, such as data analysis, process evaluation, and solution assessment.
- Adaptability: Ability to efficiently switch focus between various tasks, applications, or projects.
