About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Operational Change department at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and cost targets by working closely with project managers and internal teams to understand business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify and validate business and technical requirements for our platform.
  • Maintain detailed documentation outlining business and technical requirements for projects and how to fulfill them.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion through market research and analysis, as well as potential threats or barriers.
  • Work closely with project managers and internal teams to understand business requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry (desirable).
  • Must have experience with business process mapping.
  • Proven experience using project tracking tools.
  • Ability to efficiently switch focus between various tasks, applications, or projects.
