Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our clients, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes
  • Support clients with their daily needs, including personal care and medication
  • Assist clients with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
  • The right to work in the UK without needing employer support
  • A full valid driving licence in the UK and access to a car for work
  • A caring and positive attitude, with patience and empathy
