Join Our Team as a Sustainability Manager

At Whitbread, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment and society. As a Sustainability Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sustainability programme, Force for Good, and ensuring our supply chain is responsible and compliant with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess our current supply chain performance and develop a business response to key issues.
  • Define and implement responsible sourcing targets and commitments.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of our responsible sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant supply chain legislation, such as the EU Deforestation Act and UK Forest Risk Commodities Act.
  • Influence stakeholders to integrate sustainability into core procurement processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Knowledge and passion for sustainability, including subject matter expertise in relevant areas.
  • Experience in responsible and ethical sourcing project management.
  • Understanding of how sustainability can add value to our business.
