Salary: £17 - £23 per hour based on experience
Location: Cambridgeshire
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours Per Week: 24 hours (part-time)
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks including:
- Venepuncture
- Monitoring blood pressure
- Conducting ECGs
- Measuring height, weight, and BMI
- Promoting health and wellness
- Administering childhood and adult immunisations
- Providing wound care
- Offering contraception advice
- Performing cervical screenings
- Conducting spirometry tests
- Managing long-term conditions such as Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma
Experience in managing long-term conditions and performing cervical screenings is essential.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must:
- Be a certified Registered Nurse
- Hold a current NMC registration
- Possess knowledge of patients with long-term conditions
- Be familiar with Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and related policies
