Store Leadership Opportunity

MAC Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of retail artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer relationship management and team development
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
