About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC Cosmetics. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists
  • Set and achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Develop and execute in-store events
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and work-life balance

Requirements

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
