MAC Cosmetics Retail Artist Opportunity

About the Role

As a Retail Artist at MAC Cosmetics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique in-store experience for our customers. You will work closely with our team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to ensure a unique in-store experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Contribute to the creation of in-store events and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of MAC Cosmetics products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • A passion for makeup and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
