About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in John Lewis. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and showcasing our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and personalized shopping experience for each customer.
  • Combine your passion for makeup and gifting to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase MAC Cosmetics to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.
