Technical Sales Professional

Cynet Security is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK&I region. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development activities and driving the technological evaluation stage of prospects.
As a technical advisor and product expert, you will work closely with our sales team to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically-oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Requirements Management: Manage and coordinate any technical requirements in the Sales process, ensuring seamless integration with our solutions.
- Trusted Advisor: Establish strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing expert guidance on our cybersecurity solutions.
- Needs Discovery and Demonstration: Perform business and technical needs discovery, technical demonstrations of our Cynet solution in face-to-face meetings and web sessions.
- Solution Presentation: Present the Cynet solution to prospects face-to-face, at field events (Conferences, seminars, etc.) and web sessions.
- RFI/Ps Response: Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/Ps, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Customer Requirements Communication: Convey customer requirements to our Product Management teams, ensuring alignment and effective solution development.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design implementation of our solution according to customer's technical requirements and business needs.
- Deployment and Installation: Deploy and implement our Cynet solution, from planning to acceptance, through installations and resolving of deployment issues.
- Attack Life Cycle Understanding: Understand the Attack life cycle and where our Cynet solution helps and eradicates this issue.
- Product Positioning and Demonstration: Articulate and demonstrate our Cynet solution, and position products and services relative to competition through presentations and/or conference call discussions to architectural groups, major lines of businesses, and C-Level executives.
- Prior Pre-Sales Experience: Prior experience in pre-sales, specifically in Endpoint Security.
- Networking or IT Security Experience: Experience in Networking or IT Security solutions.
- Security Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of overall security industry trends, products and solutions, IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions and compliance requirements.
- Endpoint Security Knowledge: Prior knowledge of Endpoint Security as it relates to the Attack life Cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present effectively in front of large groups, both technically and non-technically oriented.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business problems of C-level executives; discuss these problems and present & prepare solutions.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to perform both independently and collaboratively as a strong team member.
- Pre-Sales and Sales Support: Experience supporting and working closely with a pre-sales and sales organization.
- Strategic Technical Selling: Strategic approach to technical selling with a professional understanding of customer expectations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
- Endpoint Security Cloud Solutions: Experience of administering endpoint security-based cloud solutions and architecting then with prospects and clients.
