The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Cloud Developer with substantial AWS experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building and refining cloud-based solutions on AWS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Manage and optimize databases for performance and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code tailored for serverless environments.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS SAM or Terraform to streamline deployment processes and manage cloud resources.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up with industry developments and recommend the adoption of best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud development, particularly with AWS.
- Strong expertise in relational databases such as RDS, Aurora, or PostgreSQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with a focus on writing scalable and maintainable code.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions for creating serverless applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills within cloud environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous integration and automated deployments.
