AWS Solutions Architect

Lorien's client, a leading provider of cloud, infrastructure, and transformational services, is seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the full span of projects and architect AWS applications that meet and exceed client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Contribution: Oversee projects from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Architecting AWS Solutions: Design and build cloud-based infrastructure and applications using AWS, adhering to customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Client Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing requirements, quoting, and project tracking.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering team during build stages, ensuring best DevOps practices are implemented.
- Technical Support: Serve as an escalation point for Cloud Engineers during project builds, providing guidance and resolving issues.
- Industry Engagement: Attend cloud/industry events and client meetings to stay updated on the latest trends and strengthen client relationships.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior staff, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proven background in AWS solutions architecture.
- AWS Associate-level certification/s and ideally any other relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of/strong skills across IaC, DevOps, serverless applications, and networking.
