Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building strong relationships with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing valuable feedback to vendors and clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Communication: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure seamless communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the property industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
