Job Summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team in Leigh-on-Sea. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in selling their businesses, including cafes, restaurants, dry cleaners, hotels, hair and beauty salons, takeaways, pubs, and MOT centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering buyers' details and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering inbound calls and responding to buyer inquiries via phone and email
  • Arranging appointments between sellers and buyers
  • Following up on appointments and gaining feedback for clients
  • Contacting potential vendors to inform them about our services
  • Advertising businesses on various websites and portals
  • Dealing with offers and negotiations
  • Preparing sales letters, referencing buyers, and performing administration duties
  • Keeping records of calls and sales, and noting useful information

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience in a similar environment, but we will consider fully training the right candidate after an initial trial period
  • Able to understand and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about our services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients, and applicants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
