Exciting Opportunity for a Trainee Sales Negotiator

Our client, a leading business transfer specialist, is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. Based in Leigh-on-Sea, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in sales and business development.

About the Role

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering buyers' details, answering inbound calls, arranging appointments between sellers and buyers, and following up on appointments to gain feedback for clients. You will also be involved in advertising businesses on various websites and portals, dealing with offers and negotiations, and preparing sales letters and referencing buyers.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience in a similar environment, but our client is willing to consider fully training the right candidate after an initial trial period
  • Able to understand and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients, and applicants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive basic salary plus commissions (OTE £20,000 - £25,000)
