We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  • Work together with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
