We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings & Events Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ten diverse event rooms, hosting a mix of corporate and leisure meetings, banquets, drinks receptions, and parties.
Key Responsibilities- Streamline event operations, including inventory management and budgeting, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously enhance our events experience.
- Manage client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and provide ongoing training and development to team members.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the role.
Our events spaces are perfect for product launch screenings, private dining, and exclusive hire. We have a 60-seater auditorium that can be combined with our Art Gallery Creative rooms or Restaurant and bar. Our spaces can host party nights, private dinners, cocktail sessions, and New Year's Eve parties, as well as stylish meeting and event spaces for gatherings up to 300 guests.
