About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event, Project or Account Executive to join our team at Blank Space Recruitment. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers and Account Director on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of live events, conferences, and campaigns for a range of big name brands.
  • Work closely with the internal creative and digital departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow the events team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in events logistics, creative, or production within an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of event management software and systems, including scheduling and coordination tools.
