We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at CSG Talent. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Grocery and discount retail accounts, promoting the company brand, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a mix of Grocery and discount retail accounts, promoting the company brand and being the first point of contact within your accounts.
- Travel to customers and work with them on Joint Business Plans (JBP's).
- Directly oversee and be responsible for the growth of your accounts.
- Manage and negotiate joint business plans with your accounts.
- Be the ambassador of the company within your accounts.
- Develop and implement creative, sustainable, mutually profitable business solutions.
- Manage account P&L, including marketing and promotional budgets.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working as an Account Manager for private label businesses.
- Experience working with Grocery/ discount accounts.
- Ability to demonstrate account growth within your current job role.
- Highly organized in follow-up and planning.
- Excellent numerical skills, proficient use of PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Excel.
