We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our CIO and Change Risk Management Team as a Risk and Control Partnering Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in risk management and control to support our CIOs in operating and executing effective controls and making informed risk-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CIO and Change Risk Management Team in providing subject matter expertise, objective advice, and actionable insight to Portfolio CIOs.
- Evaluate and improve the risk and control environment for technology and change, considering alignment with business strategy, capabilities, and requirements.
- Collaborate with Platform Managers, Engineers, Architects, IT Service Managers, Product Owners, and Programme Managers to deliver change and operate technology.
- Establish a credible and trusted relationship with a Portfolio CIO and their team, evaluating their risk and controls landscape and executing priority deliverables.
- Proven knowledge of risks arising from technology, information security, data, cloud, and transformation.
- Working experience in risk and control management for systems, platforms, and change delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in risk management, controls assessment, and risk reporting in complex environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Possess an industry-recognized professional qualification relevant to the role.
