The Role of the Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be joining a medium-sized project and cost management construction consultancy with a strong pipeline of work. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs and ensure that they are within budget
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
