The Role
As a member of a dedicated team of client relations specialists, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints raised by customers. This role addresses all TTB Direct customers who wish to express their concerns through support teams, CSAT survey ratings, and various review platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints under the guidance of the Client Relations Manager.
- Negotiate suitable resolutions to complaints with customers.
- Provide detailed summaries of complaint issues for operational meetings and forums.
- Identify trends in complaints and customer feedback that indicate areas for improvement.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested concerning complaints and dissatisfied customer feedback.
