About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Supported Employment Team as a Supported Employment Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with employers and customers to identify job coaching and support needs.
- Develop and implement personalized employment plans to ensure sustained employment.
- Manage a caseload of individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism, providing support and guidance to achieve their employment goals.
- Collaborate with the Supported Employment Manager to allocate and prioritize caseloads.
- Conduct timely reviews and respond promptly to requests for support to ensure successful employment outcomes.
About You
The successful applicant will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and Autism.
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
