Statutory Returns Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Statutory Returns Manager to lead our operational engagement with Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) and drive the continual improvement of our reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory reporting of student data to HESA & OfS within Higher Education
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to ensure accurate and timely data returns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and reduce errors
- Lead the development of institutional functions for statutory reporting
- Empower data owners within the organization to take ownership of data management
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in regulatory reporting and data analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with Unit-E as a student record system and TDAPS
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £48,000 - £54,000
- 3% employer contribution and 5% employee pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave + University's closure days + public holidays
