Our client, a pioneering biotechnology company based in Cambridge, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to spearhead their Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced QA expert to join our client's established Quality team as a Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a small team of QA professionals to achieve and maintain cGMP compliance.
  • Developing and implementing new QA initiatives and maintaining the QMS.
  • Overseeing various QA-related functions, including CAPAs, risk management, change control, internal/external auditing, and supplier management.
  • Providing training and guidance on QMS and GMP to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a biological or biotechnology discipline.
  • Proven experience in the biological or pharmaceutical QA sector.
  • Strong background in maintaining and updating a QMS and relevant documents.
  • Understanding of DNA synthesis (desirable).
