Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive high standards across our apprenticeship programmes. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will support the Work Based Learning Manager to ensure high standards of quality and compliance across the provision for all aspects of all learner's journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal Quality Assurance (IQA) strategies, plans and activities that reflect the College's IQA policies.
  • Support the Work Based Learning Manager with the design and management of all aspects of employer-based training programmes within the area.
  • Collaborate with the Work Based Learning Manager and Head of Department to ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders involved in work-based learning and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Line manage an agreed caseload of Trainer Assessors to ensure high quality of provision and growth.
