Reed HR is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to drive our clients' talent acquisition strategy in Reigate.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong employer brand in the marketplace.
  • Utilizing recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the recruitment team to achieve excellence.
  • Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Implementing innovative sourcing strategies and using social media to engage with potential candidates.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for internal recruitment expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across the organisation.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
