Laboratory Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Director to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions LTD. As a Laboratory Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:The Laboratory Operations Director will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, evaluating, and supervising all technical and operational activities and personnel in the laboratory.
- Presenting data and information across all levels, including the lab, department, division, and corporate, and proficiently answering questions from all groups of staff, managers, and clients.
- Recommending and endorsing test methods, including validation, documentation, and implementation of test systems.
- Initiating and monitoring quality assurance programs for the laboratory to ensure compliance with regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
- Proven industry experience in clinical lab operations.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with high complexity testing in Flow Cytometry.
