About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at HRS Healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 13-18 with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support young people in a therapeutic and homely environment, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Participate in activities and engage with young people to promote their educational, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
Requirements
  • Positive and proactive approach to working with young people.
  • Desirable experience in care, but not essential.
  • Big heart and passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14 and a 37.5-hour contract. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.
