**Job Summary**

Our client, a reputable corporate company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to provide exceptional office administration support to their team members on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and will be an integral part of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including copying, printing, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking courier services and special post/delivery.
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, and assist with the administration process for new client onboarding.
  • Update the database with client information and assist with the organization of events for both internal and external events.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing meeting rooms and greeting external visitors/clients.
  • Prepare and submit expense claim forms for fee-earners, if requested.

**Requirements**

  • Previous office experience, preferably as an Administrator or Office Assistant.
  • Ability to start work immediately and commit to an 8-week contract or longer if needed.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels of the business.
  • Good attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
