About The Opportunity:

The Crowd, a forward-thinking and globally recognized architectural firm, is in search of a Lead BIM Specialist to enhance their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in contributing to innovative architectural designs that are celebrated worldwide.

As a seasoned professional with substantial experience in managing extensive projects, you will demonstrate your capability in executing design-oriented architectural initiatives. Your background in a BIM-centric architectural environment within a prominent practice will be invaluable.

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about achieving excellence in digital design and promoting effective and collaborative project development processes. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management in alignment with the firm's standards
  • Facilitate digital design coordination and optimize workflows among project teams
  • Provide mentorship and support to the team regarding BIM technologies, Construction Design Management, and Building Regulations
  • Drive the continuous application of BIM standards and protocols throughout the organization
  • Supervise Revit project execution and offer technical assistance for BIM-related software

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a BIM specialist on large-scale initiatives
  • Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and Navisworks is crucial for this role
  • Advanced knowledge of digital software plugins (such as Rhino and Grasshopper) is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of architectural feasibility and technical aspects of projects, along with familiarity with UK building regulations, is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
