Position Overview

Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm with a rich history spanning over 135 years, is seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to enhance our Building Services division. This division is responsible for comprehensive Facilities Management across the UK, delivering essential services such as mechanical and electrical engineering, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, all supported by innovative technological solutions.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role within the Contract & Performance team for a significant project. Your primary focus will be on providing auditing, administrative, and management reporting support, particularly emphasizing Quality Assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all QA and auditing activities on-site.
  • Oversee document control related to QA and auditing processes.
  • Conduct and assist with contractual audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contract & Performance Team, including business reports and trackers.
  • Administer Support Services, focusing on performance reporting.
  • Input and analyze data effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain PowerBI Dashboards.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Generate reports for executive leadership that clearly communicate trends and insights based on relevant data.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Advise on contractual reporting requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners within the contract.
  • Lead the introduction of operational best practices.
  • Uphold and promote the Skanska Values.
  • Undertake additional reasonable tasks as required.
Enhanced DBS vetting may be necessary for the successful candidate.

Candidate Profile:
  • Background in Office Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in document control.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is advantageous.
  • Willingness to enhance QA knowledge through relevant training.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be eligible for SC level Security Clearance.
