About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join our team at Belong, a leading provider of care and support services. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Nurse in providing leadership and support to nursing and support teams, ensuring that care and support are provided safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Be accountable and responsible for residents who require 24-hour nursing care, maintaining a duty of care for all residents in the village.
  • Provide nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, and the 'Compassion in Practice' 6Cs, adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and guidance within the NMC 'Scope of Professional Practice'.
About You

As a Community Nurse at Belong, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people who may be living with dementia or require nursing support. You will use your clinical judgment to help residents improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

This role will also involve covering a neighbouring village in the event of absence, sickness, or annual leave.

As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
