Job Title: Registered General Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Health Nurse to work in our inpatient services in Alderley Edge, East Cheshire. As a Registered General Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered General Health Nurse qualification.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
