Casino Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our casino, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and upholding the principles of safer gambling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business plan that delivers success for our stakeholders, including customers, employees, shareholders, the local community, and regulators.
- Support the Management Team in driving performance across finance, customer service, and team metrics.
- Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
- Lead a team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
- Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and champion safer gambling practices.
Requirements:
- Previous casino gaming experience.
- PML license holder with experience in hosting and customer service.
- Experience leading a team in a service-driven environment.
- Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
