Casino Manager Opportunity

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Brighton and Hove. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the casino, delivering an excellent product and customer experience, and upholding the principles of safer gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the casino management team to maximise performance in all areas of the casino.
  • Develop and implement business plans that deliver success for stakeholders, including customers, employees, shareholders, the local community, and the regulator.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a strong team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Ensure the casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and champion safer gambling.
