Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a Casino Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our casino operates to the highest standards. This will involve developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our casino operates to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our casino is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that our casino complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a casino management role.
