Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm and patient approach, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential or care setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and a willingness to learn.
