Position Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Training Specialist to become an integral part of the team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong self-motivation and relevant training experience within a regulated sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for a diverse team of 45, ranging from administrative staff to managerial positions.
- Ensure uniform training standards across all team members.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team.
- Create tailored training materials to meet specific needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Candidate Requirements:
