Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their team in a newly formed role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic initiatives within the banking division. They will provide key insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Design and implement reporting tools to provide timely and accurate financial information
  • Support the development of business cases and financial models to justify investment decisions
  • Provide analytical support for ICAAP and ILAAP stress testing
  • Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue
  • Manage and maintain financial data and systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong expertise in balance sheet management and revenue reporting
  • Solid understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and capital requirements
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
