We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Officer to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our targeted engagement and communications plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage with our stakeholders and promote our organisation's vision and values.
- Collaborate with our Engagement and Communications Manager to create and disseminate engaging content across various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Source and publish stories of interest to our workforce, develop marketing materials for internal and external audiences, and plan events to promote our organisation's activities.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to a range of different audiences.
- Experience of managing websites, blogs, and social media platforms, as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Sway, and Teams.
