About the Role

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Venue Sales Executive to enhance our client's esteemed conference and events venue. This independently owned venue is renowned for its versatility and high-profile events. We are looking for a passionate individual who can effectively represent the venue and drive sales through both proactive and reactive strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by converting inquiries and maximizing upselling opportunities for events.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
  • Plan and coordinate events, ensuring all client briefs and requirements are thoroughly met.
  • Prepare and communicate final event details to the operational team for seamless execution.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and reconnect with past clients.
  • Conduct site visits and guided tours for potential clients.
  • Represent the venue at various networking events and host familiarization trips to showcase the venue's offerings.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in venue, hotel, or event sales for groups of up to 200 attendees.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • The ability to respond to internal and external inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
